I can tell you that they have almost no interaction with General Motors aside from Kyle. You should take that as a very, very positive thing.
Not true in the slightest, many teams work with GM on a daily basis and some have onsite GM engineers working with them
GM is not heavy handed with Cruise, they've given us the autonomy (pun intended) to continue doing what we need to to make driverless cars happen
GM has hundreds of employees working on the cruise project
