I just got an offer at Cruise for a Senior Hardware role. Salary: 150,000 Annual Bonus: 50,000 RSU: 250,000/4 years TTC: 262,000/year Thoughts?

I feel like the base is low for senior and maybe you can squeeze more stock out of them but if not that’s fine
Our “seniors” include people with like 2 yoe (as well as some with 10+) so it’s meaningless title for all intents and purposes
Titles at Cruise are meaningless, most title inflation I have ever seen. I’ve seen new grads make senior after one year
