Customer service escalation with Nike

Is there someone who works for Nike can help me with a problem I’ve been having with my account?

I’m unable to place any orders for the past 6+ weeks because of some restriction that Nike placed on my account. I don’t know what this restriction is and I’ve called Nike CS around 10 times now but the CS rep either didn’t have the ability to do anything, or the person that emailed me has not returned any of my calls despite leaving numerous emails. I also don’t know how this has impacted the SNKR drawings since I haven’t been able to win any drawings recently.

I am losing a lot of trust with Nike. As much as I would like to quit them, their products are too good so I have no choice.

I’m going to email Mark Parker and file a BBB claim next. If there is someone who can help me quickly, that would be great.

    That’s super frustrating, I’m sorry. Have you tried all the numbers listed here?

    Is it a restriction on your Nike+ account? If so, you should be able to purchase as a guest.

    I doubt that it impacts your SNKRS drawing, it’s just really hard to win those.
