Please provide some input! This is important to me in deciding what company I should move to next. Thanks in advance!

My list of companies that I’m particularly interested in Google, Linkedin, Apple, Netflix.

Why should I be shameful about this?

Because you want to collect a massive amount of benefits from a company before you have provided them literally any value at all.

Why is that a problem? It’s something I would have if I stayed at my current company. There must be an incentive to move. If the benefits are not there then it’s not worth the move for me. The same goes for TC.

Agreed with OP. Don’t feel shame about it. If you’re pregnant IMO you should still be able to join a company, do a few months work, get maternity benefits and then go back to work.

I know Amazon requires 1 year of employment before you get maternity benefits. Sigh
