Denver area front line leadership

Any ideas for good companies for this in denver area? Director level here but highly technical. I'm good at managing (I'm better at managing down than up though). Can build a strong team from scratch. I really prefer working in a front line role running an engineering team to managing managers which seems to be the expectation at my level.
