Desperately looking for a job change in Analytics. Any help appreciated :)

2 years since I've been here in the US, 1000+ applications submitted, interviewed with 3 companies so far; Google, Juul Labs and Intuit. Scored a full-time offer from a F500 company where I was an intern this Spring semester. Super low salary, extra long working hours with no additional pay, no learning curve whatsoever.
Any help/tips from you guys would be greatly appreciated. Will give out Pizzas in return :)

Analytics is super saturated right now.
It sounds like you can’t get the eye of recruiters and HMs. 1000+ applications? Something you’re doing, or not doing, is unattractive to them.
What I’m saying is it might mean getting a couple years experience at the place that’s willing you give you a job. That’s the place that you had an internship at.
Just saying, beggars can’t be choosers.
If you’re having that much issue I’d seek other opinions on how you’re presenting yourself.
The resume template I'm using is university approved and I'm constantly adding certifications to my portfolio to hopefully compensate for my lack of experience.
I'd love it if you take a look at my resume and maybe critique it? I'm looking for any form of help :)
I'm hoping to get a job where I can actually learn something new and they're willing to sponsor :)
But yeah I'm looking anywhere and everywhere for anyone willing to hire and sponsor me :) thank you so so much for the tip!
