Did USCIS stopped processing H4 +H4EAD in premium (as a courtesy) when it's filed along H1B in premium?
I know few months back USCIS used to process H4EAD+ H4 in premium as a courtesy if it's filed along with H1B in premium .. is this practice still continued or they stopped it?
Any one recently got their H4EAD approved in premium?
"We are producing your card and will mail it to you" :- Does this status means H4 EAD is approved? We applied for H4 + H4EAD along with H1B in premium and H1B got approved in 3 days. When i Checked the H4 status its in "Case Received" status and for H4EAD it says "We are producing your card and will mail it to you". H4EAD moved to this state directly from "Case received" state and it does not have "Approved" status. Has any one seen this with H4EAD in past?
Finally got the H4EAD.... How long it takes to get the SSN card.? I have requested for SSN in H4EAD application it self. Can some one share their experience pls
No. They haven't. Why is it a courtesy? It is called continued adjudication.
Since H4 and H4EAD does not have premium so it's a courtesy..
Its not a courtesy, its lazy American ass, they do it together so that they dont have to check the paperwork again.
