I prefer semi planning some things. Set my alarm for 4:30-5am. Workout, pack precooked food for the day, do light cleaning of my apartment, respond to critical emails before work. Then I go to work for 9-11 hours. Come home and possibly do step mill cardio at home. More light cleaning and some reading. Then sleep. This doesn’t include the time I spend eating. My life isn’t planned down to the minute to allow for last minute changes but I do like to have some structure in life
I set an extremely loud alarm on the opposite side of the room hidden underneath stuff. Once I find it I’m pissed and up. Other times I naturally wake up at that time. Typically I am in bed by 10:30-11 but I do have sleep apnea due to my very muscular neck. I get fitted for a cpap machine so hopefully I will sleep more efficiently. Even though I have sleep apnea I am usually very awake without coffee at work but I do take preworkout stimulants on occasion.
How I wish and even plan at times until the shit hits the fan and everything goes in different directions and my plan has no value at all. So I go by what’s happening.
