Most of their good talent is only there long enough to level up and leave. Known as a pretty backwards company, more about broadcast and theme parks than true tech innovation.

Low compensation

Low comp...I’m in finance but found out they paid me about 20% less than other studios and they do constant dev layoffs since their app and game strategy is always changing. They’re always dipping their toes into something, spending big, and jumping out of the pool when they get cold feet. It’s a fun place to work just be prepared to get out after 2-3 years.
