What is the ideal breakdown of a diverse company for those of you that this is very important for? Ie if you have 10 people what are the demographics? Right not the U.S. is ~75 percent white if we round that down it would be 7/3 ratio.
10 extrememly competent people, very different from each other and able to work together. Diversity of thought is gold.
10 people who are most qualified.
10 asians who code like a god

This is also assuming everyone in the team is qualified, otherwise no choice you make will lead to success.
Whatever ratio where you don't end up with products that don't recognize dark skin (true story).
The ideal breakdown would be a match of the general population.
General population of the city, state, continent or the world?
