My title hasn’t changed in longer than that, not an issue
It shouldn’t be about the title but whether or not their skills, responsibilities and overall experience have grown.

It's all about the $$
To me, it depends. The time it takes From junior to senior and from staff to principal is definitely different. I would say the higher the title, the longer it takes to stay in the original one.
Never thought about it when I've looked at the resume of the 500+ people I've interviewed
It will look like this guy stopped using LinkedIn to me.
