Netflix’s postings show max base of 240K for h1b on proof point ( link above ), and I thought their salary was mostly base ?
Unless you count that h1bs generally don't jump so they end up underpaid. Or that in many cases they have studied outside the US and given a lower offer, or have experience outside the US that is not considered
