I enjoy catching up with my bros whilst occupying the bench at equinox. Occasionally benching 4 plates when the tech sales/marketing gals walk by. Followed by a sesh in the eucalyptus steam room.

Curls on squat rack for 60 minutes a day
Same but followed by curls on cable machine for 2 hours with both sides used
6 days a week full body assault.
5 days a week (workout + cardio). Wake up at 4:30 am to do it
Never cud do morning workouts, how you have the energy .
Honestly it’s out of necessity. By working out in the morning I prioritize myself over everything else. After work there’s just too many excuses for me not to go (dinner with friends, happy hour, too tired, gym is too full, commute sucked etc). Having a routine is key, first few weeks are going to suck but after a while it gets better. Pre workout help 😜
Afternoon is such a big bucket. My ideal time is somewhere between 9pm and 1am

Idk I always hear quote “all the nice cars are at the gym in the morning” etc.. prob could correlate TC with workout time (if true). But too many poll options. Personally don’t think time matters but working out does
Really nice cars are probably in private jet hangers or country clubs. Wannabe cars are at gym.
