Does Netflix hire people who have 3-4 yoe ?
Hi all, I have been longing to apply for Netflix, but they have mentioned Min. Exp of 5yrs, and I have experience of just 3-4 yrs. So my question was whether Netflix looks at experience first before accepting/rejecting a candidate profile ? I have been working hard to get into Netflix. Please advice. Thanks

We do, but it’s going to be more of an exception than norm. You need to have very relevant experience.
