Dropbox Seattle - Freeze?
Passed the phone screen about a month ago. Stuck in team matching before onsite can be scheduled. Recruiter is not responsive. A buddy of mine reports the same. Any Seattle Dropboxers care to comment?
I don't know anything about a freeze, but Dropbox literally just relaunched their entire company in an attempt to get away from being just another cloud file storage company. That kind of massive pivot might be affecting hiring strategy

Yes, no open head count
I see that there are several onsite interviews scheduled in a few weeks. I think the Seattle office still has head count
But not like it was last year and early this year. The office grew like crazy.
Did it really grow crazy? I don't think we added more than 30 head count last year. Is that crazy growth?
Similar situation here. Waited for 2 months, no headcount in Seattle team, then move to Interview with SFO team.
