I am interested in a role at Dropbox. What’s the culture like and for those that worked at Uber how does it compare? In terms of company the role is a director non eng. any ball park figures? Also it seems Dropbox isn’t on Blind...

Non tech comp varies a lot. From talking to friends, come for Director is similar to L7 at Facebook or Google (ie one level below). My guess is it’s probably $400-500K all in for non tech. For tech closer to $750K-$1M
