Expecting an offer from Dynatrace. Any input would be appreciated in terms of salary, stocks, family leave and overall culture? Exp Level: 6 years Role: Sr Manager working for C team Technical expertise: Salesforce, SQL
Worked with Dyantrace guys at my previous job. Generally impressive product once I got through the installation and configuration/high learning curve obstacles.... but the culture, from what I gathered, was pretty boring and chaotic at time. There was not much support from Dynatrace so we ended up learning tons of shit on our own. Tons of tech debt (consider such massive, multi-framework, multi-products support).
They are better than AppDynamics for sure!
Lol
All the good people left after the Cisco acquisition. Now, it will only get worse
What location and team would you work for
I have a in-person interview for Salesforce Architect position @ Dynatrace. 15yoe/ location - Waltham, MA. Do they offer any stocks? How much TC can I expect?
No stocks offer . Under PE right now . Salesforce team with in Dyntracd lost lot of folks in last 3 months. You would have an opportunity to bargain here for TC ;).
Equity is hard to come by, but not unheard of, even beyond the C level. That seems to have loosened in past 12 months.
🌲 fiddy!
Isn't there a downvote here?
