Easier way to get/give referrals

I’ll be straight up. I made https://repher.me because I saw so many people asking for and giving referrals on Blind. Stop wasting your DMs folks.

For transparency I referred 3 people to Google and 1 got hired. Will be receiving referral bonus of 4k soon.

I haven’t got around to allow uploading resumes. Linkedin, github, leetcode should be enough info.

    If finding a referral could be so easy and needs such low cost. It’s gonna to be no bonus rewarded in this industry! Stop doing evil cheating. That’s not what a referral originally supposed to be.

    This is great! I hate pinging people repeatedly about referrals, why not ask on a website where people are already interested in giving referrals instead of begging on LinkedIn, blind etc.
