Ebay Director salary expectations
Talking with ebay about salary expectations and I have no idea where to start. It’s a Director position, so is that a level 27 or higher? I have 11 years experience and would be managing a level 26, 25, 24 and 3 level 23’s.
It all depends on which team (engineering vs product vs marketing)
Mid point is around 250k, 25% bonus and 150k stock refreshers , YMMV
It’s a finance position.

Non product roles are likely $210-220 base and the other factors are about the same
L27 is senior manager, not director. I don‘t think you are offered director position with 11 years of exp
What should the vesting of the stock be?
Quarterly for 4 years is the current vesting schedule
First (new hire) stock vests usually one year after grant date, quarterly thereafter.
L28 is director. In finance, expect a base of 185-250; 25% variable; annual stock of 35-75k
Is it really this low on base and refreshers?
Can anyone tell me how annual raises are handled too? Does your base salary increase and by what %?
Level 28 but I don't know salary
