Evaluate Oracle OCI Seattle offer

I got a verbal offer today from Oracle OCI Seattle for IC3 position and Total comp ~240K with base of 170K + RSUs. I have about 8 years of industry experience. Wanted to check if there is scope for negotiation.

You are doing good. Im surprised you’re not IC4?? I’m low end of IC3 with only 140k TC. Asked for more but HR said no. I only have 3 year exp but I think I still got screwed over.

It took me two weeks. I had three screening calls in one week, was flown there the next week, aced interviews, notified next week, now it’s 9 weeks later and haven’t even done background check this is fucked
