Expected yearly bonus at FB?

I'm trying to evaluate my offer from FB for E5 (4.5yoe):

186k
400k stock over 4 years
15% annual bonus
TC is around 314k

My current TC is 300k at Google, but I've consistently received bonuses around 20+% of my salary. I'm wondering how common it is for engineers to receive more that 15% bonus, and trying to get at least 350k before making the switch.

Update:
I accepted an offer of
195k base, 15% bonus, 600k rsu, 30k sign on, 404k TC

Ask for 600k+ rsu and 100-120k signing bonus.

Well if he is a good negotiator, anything is possible. Also he is from google. The fb recruiter will be inclined to open the red carpet for him.

I’m xoogler - you don’t know what you’re talking about. Signing bonuses that high go to returning rockstar interns not an E5

Again, you are assuming that. What if I bring a counter offer with 80k signing bonus? Don’t you think fb will counter with 100k? Add to that the element of smooth talking and charisma. If I was in op’s shoes, I would be confident to get 600k rsu and 100k signing bonus with some hardball negotiating tactics.

Cool did not know op had a 80k signing bonus offer

As with any offer, be prepared for the recruiter to walk

Two of my friends, one joined as E4 and one joined as E5, have 100k signon. You just need to push hard for it

Unlikely, you will probably get 15% for meet all.

If you work real hard, you may get extra 25% of that 15%, i.e. 18.75%.

It’s better to just negotiate your current comp. As you come from Google with 300k TC, 400k rsu from Facebook is quite lowball

It wasn't very difficult, and it seemed like my recruiter did all the difficult work. I just made it clear that I was very interested in working on IG, but wanted to wait for my Uber interview the following week before deciding. I also had another offer pending and was generally trying to slow down the decision process until I had all my information. Eventually, I told him that if he could push for 600k RSUs then I would consider dropping the Uber interview. He did even better by increasing the base and asking a sign on

FB has two reviews annually. Does that mean you'll get 30%?
