Almost no one from L6 at Amazon gets hired at T6 at Google. E6 at Facebook is more common. Though the first year is really painful. Facebook dont mess around.
What are the difference in performance expectations between E5 and E6? Thanks
There is a formal definition but it's the more informal ones that gets harder. E5 are giving longer to ramp up, longer to influence other teams, longer to get familiar with Facebook tools. Formally E6 is expected to deliver larger scale impactful projects vs e5.
