Did anyone receive offer from Facebook enterprise engineer team for IC3 level ? Recently gave my onsite, just wanted to know the offer.

Is the role worth switching from a SWE role at Microsoft? Also, if I join as an enterprise engineer at FB, would it become difficult for me to switch to SWE at FB or any other company?

Did you get an offer? I have 2nd telephonic round for EE position at FB, any suggestions?
Enterprise Engineering is the pr buzz word for internal tools like ticket management and vending machines. Just be sure you know what you are getting into!
They build awesome tools that we all love, and there is a clear transfer path to other engineering teams long term if that’s what you’re into. It is likely less stressful than other engineering teams too.
What is a clear transfer path? All must go through normal SWE interviews and probably got down leveled even if they pass the SWE interview. I think it's misleading, many folks will think it's the same as SWE externally but its in a much lower bar in terms of hiring, learning, and TC. This is from what I knew, no offense to current FB EE folks.
