This looks like E6 salary to me, too high for E5

That other offer also has most comments that it's a maxed out E5 and E6 offer. Nothing wrong in getting such a high offer, no need to undermine it.
This is an E5 salary. 195/600/100k is usually Facebook’s E5 M.O. with multiple offers. 210/800/100 is usually Facebook’s E5 ML offers. Dropbox will give you 200/600/50 for IC3. PM if interested.

TC of 400K with ~6 YOE and still asking for ideas on negotiation?
People act like 6 YoE is crazy for that TC. Every individual is different. I’ve seen people with 2 YoE do better work than people with 10 YoE. It’s about how quickly you learn and make mistakes, and learn from said mistakes. Double edged sword because I’ve seen some real shitty new grads where I wonder if they even know how to open an IDE.
I was working with an L5 SDE and that person didn’t know what an IDE was
I assume that comes with the standard 15% bonus? That’s like 385K over 4 years if you count the bonus, which is equivalent to exactly 460 in California after taxes. Factor in the cost of living and you’re making even more.

Why? I don't have enough data about the TC of senior positions in Seattle
Seems consistent with E5 offers I’ve seen elsewhere except for the 90k bonus. Hoping for similar.
