Had on on-site with Facebook. Recruiter got back to me today via email to schedule a time to talk on the phone about the role and team. Unsure if this a positive or negative sign. Just trying to mentally prep myself for the follow up call. TC 120k
I know people consider it a polite thing, but i HATE it when the recruiters setup a time to call for a rejection. Just send me a freaking email that i can immediately send to the trash. Plenty of other companies to apply to. Fail fast, learn quickly from the experience, and move on.
I heard one metric recruiters get graded on is whether they called candidate to relay onsite outcome (recruiters will send candidates feedback link post-mortem)... I am guessing recruiters prefer emails too otherwise
Good luck! :)
When was your onsite? I’m still waiting on my results
If you're comfortable, please share the outcome. I'm still waiting on some contact from my recruiter after my onsite last week. ... But to answer your question (for what it's worth ) from what I've seen based upon looking at past Blind posts it could be good news.
Recruiter said there was no final decision yet, and that she was trying to connect with the hiring manager. But the conversation appeared positive. And they wanted know if had any other offers or on-sites. I'll followup when get a final decision.
OP, how long has it been since your on-site in case you haven’t heard back yet. Btw I have heard from a lot of ppl that after fb on site forget about hearing back for a good three weeks :/
I have also been waiting for my feedback. The interview was last week.
Did you hear back Sabre?
When I got my offer, the recruiter emailed me and asked to scheduled a phone call with her!
