Facebook PM Interview
I had an onsite with Facebook last week, still no news from recruiter. I assume it will be few days before I hear back. I think my execution interview didn’t go so well so was wondering if all 3 interviews hold the same weight? Question for FB recruiters: lets say I do get an offer, how long is it valid for? I would ideally like to join after my next vest which will be mid December. Possible? Can I negotiate that?

Just got a call, its a rejection :( on a positive note, now I don’t have to negotiate my start date after vest :)

I joined about 3 months later, but December could be pushing it. Generally they are flexible if they want you. Not sure what the actual policy is. Am not a recruiter.
Good, this gives me hope. Lets see if I get an offer now.
