Same boat, anxiety is killing me

I understand why there's anxiety, but there's little real correlation between response time and end result when it comes to large companies. That's much more a consequence of how organized and engaged your recruiters and/or interviewers are, plus other factors like candidate volume, level (if you're more senior, you're more likely to be in a shorter pipeline with better recruiters), hiring processes, and so forth.
2 weeks officially for me, but in the interim I asked a week after the phone interview interview with an indicator in regards to the onsite. Right now I'm in the same situation with the after onsite stage. Currently waiting on an update. I think it all depends on the recruiter with how much work they have and when the interviewer inputs the feedback in the system.
