Hey everyone, I recently got a message from facebook recruiter about TPM roles, I am product manager with a CS and software engineer background. I have been preparing for the product manager kind of questions ( product sense, design, excution) but I am totally clueless on what kind of questions should I expect for a TPM role. This is my first time interviewing with Facebook, looking for guidance. Would love to do 1-1 paid consulting session with anyone who has passed the TPM Interivew.
Most important in a tpm is collaborative efforts and how u drive ur team
Think about what it means to work collaboratively with other business units. You'd be shocked at how often TPMs don't have a great understanding of DevOps or SalesOps. Get embedded into a teams and learn about what they do and how you can work together to create amazing products people actually want to buy.
Hope this can help you: https://www.rooftopslushie.com/request/Facebook-TPM-146
