Facebook designers, how is your work life balance?
Accepted an IC5 product design position MPK. I hear a lot about bad WLB at Facebook in general, but I'm wondering if that is mainly engineering. Designers (UX, Product), how has it been for you so far? IC5, TC 350

Lol unpopular opinion but FB takes years to change their UI. But eventually they copy Twitter for Desktop ver coming up. 🤷🏻♀️

Depends on your team and culture but it's been pretty balanced for me. Some people will redline but most set their own boundaries
Has there been any change to WLB since the quarantine?
Balanced, only rarely do I stay past 4pm
