I have an offer from Facebook (bay area) and a Canadia PR. My wife got a job in Vancouver and we have saved enough to make a move. 1. Is it possible to get a transfer to the FB Seattle office in the future? 2. Is weekend travel between Vancouver-Seattle a thing or even remotely doable? 3. I know FB has a Vancouver office but I don't see any open positions there. Is there an engineering team at FB Vancouver. TC: 260k (PgM) YOE: 7
1. Yes, assuming you can find a team in Seattle. Why don’t you just tell recruiter you want to be there from the start? 3. Not really.
Already accepted offer and spouse didn't have a Vancouver offer at the time. Do you think I can still talk to them?
Definitely talk to the recruiter about this. What level is it for?
Regarding 2 you may have to explain to the border officer every time why your crossing
