How much vacation off do you acccur monthly or biweekly? Also, would they let you take 2-3 weeks offer without earning it... as a new employee. Or, should you use this condition as part of signing on.
No need to be snarky geez. Just wanted to get more specifics. Example, amazon it's about 6.67hr per month but some different if its biweekly. And when you first join you get a PTA boost of 10hours on ur first day.
Facebook pays biweekly so you actually get 21*8/26 hours per pay period. Over the course of a few years you’ll acquire some extra hours. I’m working on a scheme to add everyone’s rounding errors to my PTO balance instead.
Good god. I get about as much PTO biweekly as amazon gives in a month. Why are people willing to work like that?
Don’t most companies let you go over the accrued days if you’re getting your job done.
Yeah I've taken unreported days off with no issues ;) obviously getting my job done
It is 21 days yearly, accrued by hours. They generally allow you to get at -10 (ten days debt) of vacation without a specific approval.
How many hours per month?
If you cannot divide 21 by 12 you aren't going to enjoy (or last long) at fb...
