There’s no ESPP at FB, but you get RSU grants. Search the history of posts on Blind to get numbers per level. As for 401k, FB adds 50% of your contributions up to 7% of your cash pay (base+bonus).

HSA contribution at Apple is $750/year 401k is 50% of 6% for years 1 and 2, then 75% of 6% for years 3 thru 5, then 100% of 6% ESPP is a 15% discount and u can buy up to 10% of ur base. The discount is on the lower of the prices at the beginning and end of the purchase period, which is 6 months long @OP do u already have offers? If so, mind sharing the comp breakdowns? 🙏🏿
