Family-friendly companies

Any other family friendly companies in the Seattle area? I know Microsoft treats employees pretty well, but I've had a bad experience this year and I think it's time to move elsewhere. By family friendly - I mean flexible hours, decent benefits, good WLB and WFH allowed/encouraged. Do you think your company falls in that category? Thanks!

Does workday have an office in Seattle?

I think Expedia since they are big on work life balance

Expedia qkDp46 Sep 11, 2018

Really depends on team, some are obsessed with “butt in chair” and don’t allow WFH

Amazon Nsgdbp Sep 11, 2018

Amazon. And now here come the haters!

Are you serious or trolling? If I join at a lower level, would I be able to have decent WLB? Not looking to coast, but don't want to spend all my time at work either.

Amazon Nsgdbp Sep 11, 2018

Not trolling. From my perspective (I am non tech) I work entirely virtually. Reasonable workload and being virtual provides wlb. Look for virtual roles at amazon
