Fashion Tech Referral for Wife

Hi folks, My wife is on a quest for her Bay Area dream job in Fashion Tech, and I am looking to connect with people in that industry. She has 15 years of experience in apparel product development, basically as what we think of as a product manager, but for the physical goods (shirts, jackets, pants, etc) Shes aiming to do either the same or use her industry knowledge and become a category manager at an ecommerce company. Any leads? Happy to return the favor and share my own network.

Can refer at Nordstrom if interested

Nordstrom is about as good as it gets in that space. However they are heavily based in Seattle and don’t have widespread facilities in place to allow effective remote work. It’s a company built on face to face relationships, so being in the Seattle area is pretty much a requirement. Plus side is that Seattle is pretty great, and tech jobs are abundant here.

I Beg of you don’t join Walmart Fashion team. It’s like joining a sinking ship with a bottle of cyanide in one hand. Please don’t.
