How is financial engines as a company ? Got a call from a headhunter for scheduling an interview for Sr SDE . Is it worth pursuing ? Current TC : 125k

Don’t join FE.... the company isn’t a great place for techies
Its a good company. Not sure how pay will be since they went private.
What's ur current TC ? and YOE?
130+ yoe 3+ years not sure how SNV will pay I know it's more than PHX
