So little info in this post, I have no idea what your actual question is.
My question was whether someone else has made the experience that after you stated an non pc opinion you got told by management that you should shut up?
I sure hope so, although I’ve never done it and so I don’t have a personal experience with this self-made problem.
This. It's OK to have your own opinions/beliefs, just keep in mind that your organization has a "public opinion". If your personal one contradicts this you're on shaky ground
Yes, that’s exactly what happened. It’ll never stop if nobody’s telling them that they disagree. I did it in a factual manner too
Unless you obey the groupthink borg, your opinion is invalid.
Sad but true
Wow, You do have a lot of time to fight on this topic both here and on the article. Good for you
Actually i dont but i spend my spare time time so...
What’s the “pressure” you’re getting? This seems so general I doubt it’s real. Please describe exact pressure and what’s happening
Pro tip: unless your opinions fall safely within the narrow domain of acceptable thought, don’t speak up.
True...as a German employee i dont have to fear to be fired all too easily but it is atill risky
