i think your option strike price would be the at or around acquisition price since they would have to redo the valuation for obvious reasons

most likely yes since the board has to meet to approve your grant. the board probably was busy with the sale and anyway in the event of some big changes (raising money usually but a sale counts) the company has to get a new 409a valuation (your strike price) for tax defensibility reasons.
