Here's Microsoft standard offer to new grads this year: Base - 118k Stock (over 4 years) - 160k Signon cash - 50k In addition to this they'll get about 15k target merit bonus. That's over 178k ongoing and 228k the first year. I know Facebook and Google pay even more. So, it's very much possible you'll be able to have 200k tc your first year.
Oracle pays 125k + 5200 shares over four year + 30k sign on + 10k (after tax) relocation cash to new grads from certain schools. I took it because I liked the team. My friend just let google match it.

It’s ambitious but not impossible. Also depends on your field.
