Going to HC after team match

I got mixed feedback after google onsite, recruiter said we better team match first to get potential manager support. And this week I just matched with a team where my background is a perfect fit to the new team. I wonder if this kind of perfect match will increase the chance to pass HC. How much is manager support actually worth? Yoe:3 TC 140k

If your recruiter requested manager support before HC then does it mean that you almost failed your interview?

I’m assuming it is holiday season and they are all busy with life stuff. So far nothing. My manager is suppose to write the letter by last Friday. I don’t know if he did because he is traveling outside of country. Then the recruiter have to prepare my package and submit to HC. I’m assuming I will hear something in the following 2 weeks. All the best.
