Need recommendation for houses around 800k-900k. I'm working in Kirkland Wife works in Seattle Open for suburbs. Total TC: 400k

Budget alone doesn’t help. What other requirements do you have? Just Seattle or open to ‘burbs? Where will you be commuting to? How much commute is acceptable to you?
