KIR exists to house people who want to work on the east side (read MSFT rescues). Both have tons of teams in cloud. Despite what recruiters may hint at you have plenty of options based on whatever location you prefer. Mine tried to convince me on the commute.

It's all growing pretty fast. Just ask your recruiter about the kind of work/products you're interested in and odds are there's something close to what you want.
