Heard Google has already signed agreements to build a campus for 6000 people elsewhere. Once they have it ready the plan is to consolidate the Google Kirkland office with one east side location. Anybody know more or got other details?
That's what I am trying to find out too
Got it, where is it
Eastside or Seattle?
Where is it?
They have signed agreements to buy an Eastside campus is all I know... Don't know if its land and/ or buildings
It's going to be in Bellevue downtown. They bought the whole lot in front of 24 hour fitness
Lolz
There's a new space coming up in downtown SF as well
The slu office is like halfway done. That one is 100% coming.
A year ago it was supposed to be a spot in SLU. But I dunno anything specific now.
SLU building is 50% done. I wish they built it on Eastside instead. Going to the piece of shit downtown is pain. Urban campus concept of Bozo is stupid.
Seattle doesn't want to grow up? The NYC office is in Manhattan. It's easy to get to etc. Granted if you want to drive to work like 50s white collar worker of the future, urban offices make that harder for you.
It's a shithole with clogged up roads. Getting out of downtown takes 20-25 minutes minimum even on public transport.
Yeah where is it?
