Google L3 compensation evaluation
Base: 135K Bonus: 20K (15%) Equity: 290K Sign-on 45K Estimated TC: $227,500 (Base + Bonus + 1/4 Equity) Equity is vested monthly. What can I increase? I was thinking equity, but what's a realistic number? I'm getting a much better offer from Uber (150K, 15K bonus, 330K equity, 50K sign-on for 2 years) Current TC: 165K YOE: 2

Not sure. What can I push it to? Was thinking I'd rather push equity as it's easier
