I got almost the same offer 3 months back for L4. I have 7 yoe. I thinks is normal. Not low by any means. Some people get lucky and might get little more.

Good offer for L4. Don't believe the hype. 300k offers are the exception not the rule. You will be making > 400k in 4 years.
