Google L4 Program Manager - Hardware ( Pixel, Nest, Home etc)
I am going for Onsite in the next few days... the recruiter called yesterday to give me some info and prep for Onsite .. after letting me know who are the folks she touched base on numbers. Her initial numbers are 130K Base, 15% bonus and 100K In stock over 4 years no sign on ... Does this sound right Some background on me YOE - 7 Years with Master's Company - startup automotive- autonomous driving (think cruise, Argo, Zoox, Nuro etc) Current comp - 125 base and 6250 shares per year. The info I am looking for is what is the band for L4 program manager at Google Inc.. how much can i negotiate and does it all make sense.. need some advice and pointers as to whether I am wasting my time or should or not.
Way too low. base is in the low end, stock is way way too low for 100k vested over four years!
What is the band and where can I negotiate.. if all falls in place.
