This proves that Google NYC hiring freeze is all recruiter made up bullshit. I've seen people living in NYC easily getting matches while people from Seattle or Bay Area wanting to move to NYC are blocked in team match for months so that they can fill Google Seattle and MTV.

Compared to my experience as an L4 with 2.5 YoE in the Bay (which should have basically identical comp to NYC): The stock in your offer seems a bit low. Example: FB offered 165k, 10%, $75k, $360k
Can you explain the 10%? What is that and is it guaranteed?
The E4 bonus target at Facebook is 10%, versus 15% for L4 at Google. In most cases, as long as one meets expectations and the company isn't tanking, that number is basically the floor for the bonus.
