Unit: K USD. Base: 150, Stock: 320 (4yrs). Sign on could be 50-100. Average TC is ~300.

Normal TC range is something like 220k to 300k for L4. Depends on interview performance + competing offers.

Consider Uber stock as $33 (the price SoftBank paid) in your offer. Don’t over estimate.
Around $160k base, $300-350k RSU and around $50k sign on. TC would be in the range $250-300k (this would be the upper range of L4). Uber offers would be similar. Google will not match 100% of Uber though.
They’ll match cash 100% and rsu’s 75% for Uber. Uber gives heavy rsu packages though so not ideal
What would a 300k TC offer look like? If the base is capped around 160k you'd need around 500k RSU. Is that possible?
