Google SWE headcounts
My Google recruiter told me there's too many candidates in the NYC office to consider interviewing there for a L3. Curious but does anyone know if there are limited L3 head counts in other offices and which ones don't have headcounts?

There's basically a queue right now for L3. For example, I passed in April for L3, and will start matching end of this month. This is for bay area.

L3 and L4 equivalent levels at many tech companies seem to be very competitive at the moment, not just google. Fuck...
Is this for new grad ?
I heard that new grads are for L2 positions but I'm currently considered as a L3 with 2 YOE.
