Hello All, Noogler here, Anyone use gbus from Pleasanton to Sunnyvale? If so, how is the experience? I am debating between staying close to Sunnyvale in a small place (based on my budget) or stay in pleasanton area in a comparatively larger place but endure an hour bus ride everyday.

@Netflix: Fair enough, but doesn't this setup limit your ability to change employers? And doesn't it also leave you vulnerable to cutbacks that affect shuttle service?

Not really. All employers I would consider joining all run shuttles out there. All the big ones do. It’s the largest growing commute route. Plus you have alternatives like BART (for SF) and ACE (for SJ) trains, which I take from time to time when I want a different schedule.

About an hour in the morning. About 90 minutes in the evening. Tether your phone for connectivity since the WiFi will be pretty slow with a full bus.
