Google Team Matching
I interviewed with Google Cloud for SWE position and am going through the team matching process. Looking for some tips/advice: 1. Can I proactively ask recruiter to approach specific teams/managers for a match? Or is it a one way process? 2. Any teams within cloud org to stay away from? Any team to try to get into? 3. Can I ask the recruiter to pitch my profile outside cloud org?
What level? I've been waiting since April for L3.

Okay. I got downleveled to L3. She said that they don’t have any openings for L3 right now and it supposed to stay this way. So, right now, after clearing HC, they have asked me to wait indefinitely!
I passed google hc back to May. No team match so far. They said they are running out off roles at this moment. Shrug
wow, team matching doesn't sound promising from the lot of replies thus far! sigh :(
How did you prepare for the interview ? How were your interviews?
